I developed a targeted brand strategy that addressed changing customer behaviour and resonated with both their immediate target market and established consumers. I nurtured short-term partnerships with Cirque du Soleil and Air Canada and advised on transitioning a retail sales team member into a marketing role, aligning with their long-term employee retention philosophy. Over the first year we significantly increased their customer base, and crafted a two-year growth plan to support sustained success. And I drank a lot of the best gamay in Canada!! That's right, two exclamation points because it's that great.
